Hoover Fridge Freezers

Hoover Fridges and Fridge FreezersHoover was founded in Ohio in 1908, when W. H. Hoover joined forces with James Murray Spangler, the inventor of the vacuum cleaner, to manufacture the new appliance. Hoover moved into the UK in1919, and in 1932 the company opened its first UK factory in Middlesex. Normal production ceased in the 1940s for some time to produce items related to helping the war effort. In addition to vacuum cleaners, Hoover now manufactures a variety of household goods including washing machines, cookers and refrigeration units such as fridges, freezers and fridge freezers. The Hoover brand name is extremely popular (so popular in fact that many people still refer to their vacuum cleaner as a Hoover even when it is a different brand), and the company has had many firsts in the appliance field. Hoovers UK division split from Hoover US in 1993 and is now part of the Candy group. Hoover continues to enjoy a first class reputation for reliability and excellence, and the companys designs are user friendly and functional. The brands goods combine style and quality with affordable prices, and are widely available in stores and online.
