- If you should decide you wish to cancel your order once it has arrived, you have 7 working days after delivery in which to do so. All cancellations must be put in writing. To claim a refund the item must be ‘as new’ and complete with any extra parts or free gifts. You can arrange for the collection of a cancelled order, which will be charged to you at a cost of £49.95 or £99.95, depending on the size of the item. If you arrange your own return method you are still liable for the cost.
- Any problems noted at the time of delivery should be reported without delay. If you are unavailable to check the appliance on delivery, then you have 48 hours in which to do so and report any damages.
