Buying Fridges & Freezers from B&Q: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs
- There is only one delivery charge per order. This ranges from £5 to £20, and is calculated automatically in accordance with the total price of the products you have selected. Orders over £400 are delivered free of charge.
- Orders may be delivered by B&Q, or by one of B&Q’s delivery partners, depending on the size, weight and value of the appliance.
- Products flagged as "delivery booking service" will be delivered by B&Q, and you will be offered a delivery date during the checkout process.
- Any product not flagged as "delivery booking service" will be delivered by the vendor, and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date within 3 working days of confirming your order.
- You may be able to change your delivery date up to 72 hours prior to delivery, unless you have selected the 3 day delivery service.
- Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery to remote areas may take longer, or be unavailable. B&Q does not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses.
- Most deliveries are made between 7am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
- Your appliance will be delivered to your door, but you are responsible for situating it within your home.
Buying Fridges & Freezers from B&Q: Refunds & Returns Policy
- You can cancel your order for any reason either before delivery or within 28 days after receipt by returning the product, together with your receipt and payment card, to your local branch of B&Q, or by contacting B&Q by email, telephone or post to arrange for collection.
- The appliance must be unused, as new and returned in its original packaging.
- If the product you purchase is faulty, you will be offered a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate. You can call telephone B&Q to arrange this.
