• Your appliance will normally be delivered within 7 working days after your order has been confirmed (subject to availability).
• A charge of £19.99 is made for delivery of most fridges, freezers and fridge freezers. This fee includes unpacking your product, setting it in the place that you want it and removing the packaging.
• The delivery charge for American-style fridge freezers is £24.99. Please ensure that the doorways in your home are large enough to accommodate these appliances in advance of placing your order. You will be liable for the distribution costs if delivery should be unsuccessful due to lack of space.
• The delivery cost is subsidised, but if no one is available to accept delivery, redelivery will be charged at the full amount.
• The Co-op Electrical Shop can remove your old appliance for a £14.99 fee, if this option is selected when ordering.

• If you’re unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
• The refund amount does not include the delivery charge.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the appliance unless it was damaged or faulty on receipt.
• All products are checked on return, and a refund will not be issued if the appliance is found to have been used or if any accessories are missing.
