• Dixons aims to deliver at the most convenient time for you, and will contact you by email to confirm the delivery time.
• Delivery prices range from £29.99 for standard fridge freezers and freezers. Some higher priced appliances include free standard delivery – check individual product descriptions for costs.
• You only pay one delivery charge regardless of how many products you order - in each case the highest delivery charge applies.
• Your Dixons appliance can be delivered to anywhere in the UK (this includes Northern Ireland, but excludes the Channel Islands). Certain larger items cannot be delivered to the Isle of Man, Anglesey, the Scilly Isles and the Scottish islands.

• For an additional charge of £29.99, Dixons will install your new appliance for you. Before delivery Dixons will carry out a pre-installation survey on the telephone. Upon delivery, the installers will unpack the appliance and position it, and if it has water or ice features the installers will connect it to the mains water supply. To take advantage of this service, you will need to ensure that the appliance can be positioned within 1.5 metres of both mains electricity and water, that there is enough space for it, and that there is suitable access to your property.
• For an additional charge, Dixons will remove your old appliance for scrap. It must be empty of food and fully defrosted.

• You can cancel your order at any time before or up to 7 days after delivery.
• In order to receive a full refund, your appliance must be complete, unused, in ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original packaging.
• If a fault occurs with your appliance within 12 months of delivery, Dixons will offer a repair, an exchange or a refund. A refund includes the cost of returning the product. Dixons will not offer this service if the appliance is damaged by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
