• Your fridge or freezer will be delivered by Sainsbury’s Kitchen Appliances’ own carrier service and will normally arrive within 10 working days.
• Deliveries can only be made to mainland UK addresses.
• The day before your delivery, you will be called to arrange a suitable time slot.
• The cost of delivery from Sainsbury’s Kitchen Appliances is £19.99 per order. You are able to change the delivery date up to 48 hours in advance. If no one is at home on the arranged date, you may be charged another £19.99 for redelivery.

• If you return your appliance due to a fault that has occurred due to damage whilst in your possession, you will be charged the cost of repairing the fridge or freezer. If a repair is not possible, you will not be entitled to a refund.
